One bedroom space in a secure residential complex, close to Tsinghua, BLCU and Wudaokou. The bedroom is simple but clean and well maintained, with a sunset view of the sunset and mountains. The building is located in a secure complex within a quiet neighbourhood, complete with good amenities and 3 bus routes which stop right in front of the complex + 2 subway lines 15mins bicycle ride away. I live with 4 lovely female housemates (2 in each room) who may be around during your stay. You will have the bedroom for yourself, but will be sharing the rest of the apartment unit with them. The unit is quite new and the room is equipped with remote controlled AC. Apartment is available from 20th June to 29th July (I'll be outside of Beijing) and 10th July to 29th August (when I will be leaving China). You are welcome to try out the space and sign a contract afterward. Otherwise if you are determined to secure a dwelling, you can also sign a contract with my agent Tom right away. The rate is 150 yuan/day or 3500/month excluding bills
