A beautiful room at Shuangjing in a 4 bedroom flat is available from June 1st 2022. The room is nicely decorated and fully equipped: Comfy bed, spacious wardrobe, desk and stool, A/C. 
 
The flat is in the Tianzhijiaozi compound, 2 minute walk from exit B of Line 10 Shuangjing station. All the facilities you need are within walking distance: restaurants, bar street, supermarkets, laundry, banks, gyms (one is actually IN the compound!), cinema, malls. Not to mention that Shuangjing is really close to CBD and Sanlitun, so it’s absolutely a great location!
 
The flat is a spacious 180sq. m/s with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big living room with 3 sofas and a flat screen Telly, kitchen with a little laundry room aside. It’s located on the 12th floor and it has a great view of the compound’s garden. It’s really well furnished and fully equipped: washing machine, internet Wi-Fi, big fridge/freezer, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, weekly cleaning service etc. 

The flatmates you will share the flat with are absolutely fantastic, they’re really friendly and easygoing, they are all in Beijing for work.
 
The monthly rent of the room is 4000 RMB and is paid every month. No agent fee and rented directly from the landlord. The monthly utilities are split between all the flat mates and are usually not high.
