房子是我朋友的房子，他们已经国外定居。这个房子我已经住了10年，一直保护的很好。房间内所有家具和家电俱全，可拎包入住。现由于我本人工作每个月大约只有小于一半的时间在北京，现想找个室友。房租3000/月，押一付三，水电煤气分摊。
对室友的要求：单身男生，有稳定工作，作息规律，不养宠物，爱干净，不抽烟，无不良嗜好，好相处，有共同语言，当朋友相处。希望不要带朋友来过夜，偶尔在家做饭招待个朋友是可以接受的。
