Description
We are looking for someone to join our apartment in the private Global Trade Mansion compound by The Place (世贸天阶) in the CBD. The room is available starting mid-December - no agency fee! You will be in the heart of the CBD, so near loads of conveniences (foreign supermarkets, restaurants) and just a 10 minute taxi/bike ride to Sanlitun. Compound has two gyms available for a discounted membership fee. We are also close to three different subway stations - Yongan'li (Line 1), Dongdaqiao (Line 6) and Jintaixizhao (Line 10). The room is really big, in an apartment with 3 living spaces plus a big western style kitchen, 4 bedrooms total, 2.5 bathrooms, and great homely vibes overall. You will be living with a female from China, a female from Spain and a male from Taiwan. 6500/month (not including expenses)
