Hey , I am currently looking for flatmates to share this Hutong apartment.
1 Location:
This apartment is located nearby DongSi Subway station , line 5 and line 6, 
the middle of the 2nd ring road. 10 mins walk to the DongSi subway station.
It's a very convenient location in downtown , closed to Nanluoguxiang , Beixinqiao ,Wangfujing etc. 
Really a good location to view the Beijing night life.

2 Condition of this apartment and bedroom:
It's a traditional Hutong apartment , only one floor.
There are four bedrooms in total in this apartment. Each of them have privately bathroom.
So , you don't need to feel embarrassing when you use the bathroom.
Also , there is a small kitchen and a independent  yard inside of this apartment.
You can park your bike in the yard , take a nap or dry your clothes in the sun. Or you can invite your friend to have a BBQ here in the yard.
Each room has its own A/C and ground heater. The heat works well , So it's cozy and warm in the winter. 
The room has a doule  bed (1.5*2), small Sofa ,desk . 

3 Payment :
 RMB  3000/ month. One month rent is required as a deposit. You can pay the rent monthly!
All property , internet , heating fee are coverd . 
The utilities such as water , electricity are shared with other flatmates.  No gas.
