I’m a media professional working in tsinghua university as a researcher on Chinese foreign policy (international relations). I rent directly with the landlord because “who wants to be living in a house with strangers?” 😷
 
The apartment is extremely well furnished, clean, spacious and cozy- close to Tsinghua University, BLCU, and Wudaokou/ Liudaokou Stations. The compound has many families, with shops/ restaurants/ and parks nearby. 

The medium sized room is available, with shared bath and a great closet. The living room has an open balcony facing South. ☀️
