Hi guys, I’m looking for someone to take over my studio room in Shuangjing, Beijing. Wonderful location and space, plus: I’m picky with living so I actually upgraded the room a lot.

The bedroom:
The studio is about 60 m2, the bedroom half goes with a king size bed (the landlord does not provide mattress, I got a soft and comfortable one from IKEA), large wardrobe, and a little balcony.

The living room:
Separated by a double-layer glass wall, the living include a long table, cabinet, cable TV, and a sofa(can be transformed into a small bed). The lights in living space was terrible before, I upgraded it into a remote-control one. Similarly, lights in the kitchen and bathroom just barely usable, I replaced both.

Others:
Kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. Each space has its own heater.

Location:
Located in Fuli community, shopping mall and metro station are just downstairs. Cinema, cafe, restaurants and shops are all around.

Right next to Shuangjing双井 metro station. Direct bus line to the airport.

Probably the best place to live if you work in Guomao 国贸area.

I prefer to set the move-in day around mid-Nov. Visiting is flexible, contact me for further info or arrange your visit.

工作调动要离开上海，所以寻找转租。

大概60平左右的开间，中间有玻璃隔断，所以有起居室和卧室两个空间。另有厨房和独立卫浴，一大一小两个阳台。

卧室是双人床（床垫是我补的，需要另外聊价格），整墙衣柜。除阳台外都有暖气片，供暖很好。

本来的照明效果很差，顶灯我都换了新的遥控灯，也补齐了部分家具，目前的居住舒适程度比我自己刚进来的时候好很多。

小区楼下就是双井地铁站，富力广场和超市，离国贸片区一站路，有机场巴士直达首都机场。小区内有健身中心和花园，这个小区的月租均价都在一万以上。

看房时间灵活，最好是11月初入住。
