The apartment has 2 floors with a big living room, kitchen and a bathroom 🚿 on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms 1 more bathroom on the 2nd floor.
The appartment is equipped with all essential appliances (air con, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, running machine etc.)
The kitchen has all essential appliances that can be shared.

You can move in from the 24th of July! The rent fee is 3730 rmb per month with no deposit. It's a ziroom apartment so the monthly cleaning service is included. The contract is till the end of October. However,  it can be renewed.
