My name is Ben and I’m looking for a roommate to share an 2 bed room apartment in FL Garden, Haidian district .

About the apartment/room:
it's a 90sqm 2 bed-room apt on the 20th floor giving a great view(can see bird nest from the windows directly), the place is stylishly decorated and fully furnished , with a 47 inch HDTV, internet access, kitchen sets, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave/oven, blue ray player, and almost everything you need is provided. The room is the guest room and comfy.

Me
Quiet but not boring, a considerate and easy going man. I wouldn’t call myself super neat, but tidy enough. Having a marketing background but currently working as a teacher. And I'm gay.

About FL Garden
FL Garden is located in Haidian District of Beijing, it is close to 'Yu xin' on subway line 8 or 'li shui qiao' on line 5, its also near 'hui long guan' area, the station is about 2.8 kms away from the apt, you can take a bus for about 5-10 minutes(depends on traffic) in order to get to any of these stations, and there are bus stops downstairs next to the building and buses come almost every few minute.

Environment
The location is pretty green and clean, FL apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden with a huge pond.
