It is a newly renovated, well-decorated, fully-equipped apartment with two bedrooms. One of them is very spacious with a balcony, wooden desk, a little tea table + sofa area for relaxation and chat time.

The second room faces backyard, it is cozy and quiet. It is bright and peaceful, perfect for both resting time and focused work/studies. There is a Chinese style wood carved writing desk and enough shelves to store your books.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee machine, microwave, grinder, toaster, pots and pans, and other cooking utensils. There’s also  a TV (just in case someone is interested), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, as well as extra towels, bedsheets etc.

家里有完善的装修，有独具特色又复古的家具，绿色植物，每个角落精心布置，收集了很多中国传统小玩意儿，墙上挂满艺术和人文气息十足的画与照片，每个客人离开后我们会及时更换并消毒床上用品／厨具／马桶。

客厅有木制桌椅、电视供大家休闲时使用，在客厅另一面墙上储藏室的门内有一个大冰箱。厨房厨具五脏俱全。每个房间都有空调。阳台可以看到北京独特的胡同房子及鼓楼的风景，我们特别放置一套木制折叠桌椅可供大家休闲时喝杯茶／咖啡观望窗外风景、办公。

如果有时间，很乐意带你们去附近最有意思的剧场／咖啡厅／酒吧／商店逛逛。

This apartment is located 10 min away from Houhai, Nan Luogu Alley, Yandai Xie steet, Doujiao Hutong etc. There are several grocery stores downstairs where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities.
It is very safe at night, there is a 24hr convenience store 2min away, late night barbecue and a Beijing dumpling restaurant, so you won't stay hungry in the middle of the night. During daytime and evening hours you will have an abundance of options to choose from.
