Nice room with double bed in modern apartment with great kitchen and excellent bathroom. Medium / long term only (6 months minimum)

3800 RMB per month, with deposit of 1 month's rent. Rent is paid once per month! No agent involved and no fees! :) Very nice owners. 

My best friend has left China so I need a new roommate to join me in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. I would ideally like to live with a young professional or a student, who speaks English. The building is in a lovely residential area and very close to Line 7 (Guangqumen Nei Station) and many shops.
Line 5 is one stop away (Ciqikou), and Line 10 two stops away (Shuangjing). Very easy travel to the city centre, Guomao, & Sanlitun.
