1. Location: The apartment is located on the north end of Baochao Hutong, on the edge of the 2nd ring road, and about a 5-minute walk from Gulou Dajie subway station. The location is at the middle of a social hub, with many restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. 

2. Rent is RMB 2,500 per month. Deposit (1-month rent) + Agency Fee (RMB 2500) + 3 months of rent are required to move in.

3. Condition of the Apartment: It’s an older apartment and everything works well. There is not a real living room, instead, the apartment has a hallway that connects the three bedrooms, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Each room has its own A/C and heater. The heat works very well, so it’s very cozy and warm in the winter. The bedroom has a good amount of overhead storage, a twin-sized bed, a north-facing window with natural light, and a desk. 

4. Roommate: There are two female roommates currently living in the apartment. Both are very easygoing and considerate.
