Pricing: month-long tenant for 3500rmb preferred, daily tenants acceptable 130/night 室友搬出去了 我们的自如两室一厅整租空出来了一个卧室 有双人床 大衣柜 特别棒的房间 暖气也特别热！房子是在北官厅小区 地点非常好的 出门就有公交站超市 离东直门 北新桥 雍和宫都特别近！唯一能说的缺点是房子在五层没有电梯 卫生间跟二环内的老楼一样不太大 但是一个人或情侣短租非常够用了 ！ 可以接受短租或日租 月租优先啦 日租130一天 租一礼拜以上可小刀 月租 3500 特别实惠因为我们也是尽量把房租凑齐了就算了 房子是2/11到期的 现在房子已空空出来了 有兴趣的欢迎来看房啊！
