【出租房间信息】
房子是我整租的2居，我因为要搬走所以要出租这间主卧，另一间卧室我朋友已经在租了。主卧如图，我会保留原来的床和两个衣柜，其他的家具是我自己的东西，会带走。
整个房子共计一个卫生间，一个厨房，需要与别人共用，所以希望室友爱干净。整栋楼无电梯，我自己每天上下楼不觉得累。

【街区信息】
与中央美术学院面对面，央美美术馆被朋友笑称为我家后花园。紧挨有名的央美小白楼画材中心。
美食&下午时光：楼下西南门外有太平洋咖啡、luckin coffee、有花店、书店的话，巨有逼格的佳作书局就在旁边。

美食：小区东南二门出来有711，有港式茶餐厅、烧烤、每次都要排队的“马路边边”串串以及各种美食，麦当劳、肯德基、汉堡王随你选，想吃面包有巴黎贝甜，想K歌也有KTV。走远一点步行10分钟著名的望京小腰、罗罗酸汤鱼。

银行：建设银行、光大银行、农业银行，东南二门出来就是。

医院：望京中医院，车程5分钟，骑行7分钟。

地铁：14号线阜通站C口。小区东南2门出，往北走1公里，步行10分钟以内，骑行3、5分钟即可到达。
