Two bedrooms shared apartment. I would like to find a replacement for my individual room (which you can see in the pictures). Big and new, very comfortable, air conditioning, underfloor heated, one bathroom with individual shower, very good communicated it with the city (subway line 7, bus line 23, etc)
Banks, markets, stores, spas, gyms...everything you need around the building in a short walking distance.

The payment is done every three months, so it would be 11.070¥ every three months (3.690¥x3) and the first month will also need the deposit (3.690¥) which will be reimburse after the renting contract expires.

Your roommate will be an Italian football coach, 30 years old, very clean and very friendly. He speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
