My very large, airy bedroom on the top level of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, duplex apartment is available immediately for short term (lease ends mid August). It is furnished (incl a big wardrobe). There is an upstairs and downstairs lounge, upstairs and downstairs bathroom and an enclosed balcony.

I am currently stuck outside of China so please excuse the messy room (it will be cleared before move in). You will be sharing with a lovely Irish gal, and would have the upstairs bathroom to yourself until foreigners are allowed back into China.

Rent is 4300RMB per month or part thereof, with 4300RMB deposit (electricity, water and ayi once a week, excluded).

Must be ok with dogs as there is a very cute one living in the apartment as well:)

The apartment is situated between Dongsi Shitiao and Chaoyangmen stations (10 minute walk).
