8th floor with elevator, south west direction so with pretty good sunshine and nice view without other high buildings around.

3400/month, not including water or electronic or internet fee, pay rent every 3months, another 3400 for deposit and 3400x80%=2720 for agency fee(only charge for the first year) available from 1 MAY
