Seeking tenant (foreign or Chinese, both okay) for the master bedroom AND the smaller bedroom in a 3br 2bath apartment located conveniently 5 minutes from shuangjing station.

Monthly rent 5k - Pay 3 months at a time. We deal directly with the landlord. The rooms are available immediately. OPTION FOR 6 MONTH OR 1 YEAR LEASE

The ideal tenant MUST be tidy and respectful. Male or female, couples are okay as well.
This space is currently home to only myself, I am an American. (Age 26) We have a large open living room with 3 sofas, so there is plenty of space to invite some friends over. Occasionally I would like to host game and movie nights to improve the quality of life and introduce more friends. I want our home to be a place that each of our guests can feel comfortable and welcomed.
I feel this would be great for a business worker or student as we all have relatively similar schedules.

The master bedroom will be 28m and have its own private shower and balcony area to hang clothes. 

The smaller room (not pictured) is around 15m and rent is 3300.
