I’m looking for flatmate to take the master bedroom and share this artistic and super spacious apt with me. It’s in Furun Homeland which is in the middle of universities around and very close to Tsinghua. 

Furun is one of the best compounds I’ve been in where most of people live here are professors and staff from universities. Line 15 is literally downstairs and it’s walkable distance to Wudaokou. Massage place, bank, two convenience stores, workout studio and a quite popular brunch&cafe are also downstairs. Starbucks, subway and McDonald’s are on the other side of the street. 

It took me one year to slowly decorate this apt to the point I truly feel comfortable and relaxed to live in. All kitchen stuff prepared although I rarely cook haha, wifi sorted, big TV ready and views from both living room and this master bedroom could be breathtaking at the right timing. 

There’s a balcony in this master bedroom. Chilling in sofa in the living room and enjoying a nice night chat & reading is definitely a PLUS of a good day. 

I speak both Chinese and English and would like to help you fit in local, go explore hidden corners of Beijing and settle down in any aspect. Rent could be negotiable depending on how long you stay :)
