This is a super convenient area: 5 minutes' walk to the subway station (line 14/7). 15-20 minutes' bike to Guomao area. We are 5 mins away from the biggest shopping mall in Beijing, Hopson Center合生汇. The room is facing North, super comfortable with double bed and plenty of sunshine.

We are looking for a CLEAN (VERY IMPORTANT), nice n friendly roommate who enjoys their life in central Beijing! Pet friendly. We are currently 2 Chinese girls n 1 Chinese boy.

房间为次卧，朝北有阳光，❗不带独立卫浴❗。

公寓离合生汇商场，SKP/华贸中心，双井/国贸地区都是1个站的距离，非常适合在CBD工作的小伙伴们。

目前舍友是2个中国妹子和1个中国男生，我们是一群国际化，非常好相处的小伙伴们。公寓每隔一周会叫阿姨或大家house cleaning保持整洁。

小区非常安全，一梯两户，三星密码锁，提供24小时保安和门禁。小区内绿化很棒，附带游泳池和健身房。
