We are searching for a replacement in a shared flat with 3 other girls 10min away from Liangmaqiao (line 10 and 14 close to the flat). Only girls are admitted. There is currently one French girl, one Mexican girl and one Chinese girl, let's meet for an international exchange in Beijing. We love eating pizza and watching movies together, do you want to join us ? 

We are in a really calm neighborhood and everything is secured, great Baoan take care of the residents. 
The flat is quite big (around 100m2), the room is around 10m2 (bed, closet and desk). 
The kitchen is full equipped (oven) + washing machine. 
There are two bathroom, one room have its own bathroom so you need to share the other bathroom with 2 other roommates, but we don't have any problem. 
One sunny balcony on court. 
One storage room, you can put your luggage for instance. 
Air conditionner for summer and good heating for winter. 
An ayi is coming twice a month. 

Neighborhood: 
Line 10 and 14 + direct line to Shunyi airport
There are a lot of convenient stores in the neighborhood + the charming Chaoyang park and Maizidian street next door.
