💰押2年付。已和房东签订临时租约，已经确定房子真实可信。整租后可与房东重新签订合约。我们是找了中介的，但对比同等条件房源，加上中介费后，我们这一间也更实惠，所以当时没有选择其他直租。

🏠房东人很好，客厅的床和桌子已经为我们全部买下，不需要自己在添置大件了。冰箱也会换新的。

👍我们对此了很多套房，已经有了很多的看房经验。此房的性价比很高，房东人也很好，我们经过多次沟通才做决定租这套房子，但无奈因为个人原因需要转租👩‍👧‍👧

🚎二期相比于一期离地铁更近。一期的房子距离地铁1.1公里，而二期只有数百米。二期每天约七分钟可到达地铁，然而一期需要十几分钟。
