Clean and cozy flat in Dongsishitiao located near both metro lines 2 and 5 (within 1km walk). Really good price for the location and conveniently located near Chinese and foreign grocery stores, many popular restaurants/bars, gyms, a pharmacy, mechanic, and pretty much everything else you need in your day-to-day. Currently inhabited by 2 friendly flatmates, one Canadian, one Chinese (both of us bilingual EN/CN). 

Disclaimer: The flat is on the 7th floor and there is no elevator. You do get used to the walk up and it makes some good daily cardio but it is something to be aware of.
