It's a super new apartment which owned by a family, new furnitures and wooden floor, clean and bright. The vacant is the smallest room , pink bed, but everyone willing to rent it are welcomed no matter what your gender is! 
5th floor without elevator so you will have free exercise everyday =)
Now we have two girls living in the apartment, cooking and chill! 
Close to the subway station, 300m, by 10 minutes walk or 3minutes ride(you can use the share bicycles near the gate).
