Hi Beijing, I'm looking for a housemate to share this spacious two bedroom two living room apartment in the Salitun embassy area opposite the German embassy and the European Union. The place is managed by Lianjia and is in a very central location with walking distance to everything Salitun has to offer. Monthly rent is 3600 CNY with utilities shared between you and me, singles and girls preferred. You will also need to be a Chinese national as the landlord unfortunately doesn't allow foreigners (because of the sensitivity of his government work).
