Hey guys, I'm a teacher of top university. Just rented a studio room, but have to go out of the city for 6 months, which means you can live in it for 6 months.
address：海淀区唐家岭路55号福泰院子22号楼（bikes available and free parking）

fees：
① renting: 3400rmb/month（the fee is 3600rmb per month if u directly rent the house from the reception desk, i give u 200 rmb discount every month)
② property management fee：200元/month（including: wifi, maintenance, 24 hours security）
③ electricity：1.5 rmb/KW
④ water：10rmb/ton
⑤ heating:（2020.11.15—2021. 3.15）, total 2000 rmb (have to pay in October)
⑥ deposit：3400 rmb

u will have:
① 300 rmb electricity fee
② 50 rmb water fee
③ give u 200 rmb discount per month
④ Thai soft matress、cleaning stuff、washing machine( i bought it)、wifi router
⑤ already thoroughly cleaned by myself usin alcohol and ultraviolet rays;
