【位置】三源里南小街10号楼，离亮马桥、三元桥地铁站都在1km以内：距离亮马桥地铁站步行720米（11分钟），三元桥地铁站步行890米（13分钟）。周边有大型超市（离著名的三源里菜市场很近），各种小吃饭店，生活相当便利。
【房屋】两室一厅的老房子，房屋没有隔断，两个房间布局面积大小是一样的，大约10㎡左右，家电有洗衣机，空调，冰箱等，具体细节麻烦看下面实图照片。
【转租原因】我是2015年10月搬进来了，我和室友在这里租了也有5年的时间了。因为自己工作变动的问题，不得不搬去别处。室友是活动公司的一个姑娘，人很nice。暂定转租时间为10.1过完节以后，大约在10月中下旬。
