主卧是一个安静讲卫生的女孩出租，房子卫生维持得很干净，平时不做饭，厨房就是你的啦。 

Because I am always away for business trip or travel, so I want to sub-lease my room for short term (contract till January 18, 2021)

I rent the room from ziroom, the fee is 3750/ per month. In a super good location, right next  to Gonti Stadium, 1km from line 6 Dongdaqiao station, 2km from Sanlitun, shopping malls, cafe, institute française near by.

There is a girl living in the main room, she is very quiet and clean. She never cooks so you own the kitchen too!
