之前在苏州街上班，在这每天九点起床，上班单程20分钟搞定。
【面积、朝向】
3层/6，无电梯。四室一厅（其中一间是隔断）中的小次卧，大约8平米，朝北，厨房、卫生间共用。
【租金、付款方式】 
2000元/月，押一付三。
我9月下旬交了11-1月三个月的房租，11月前入住转6000给我就行；12月下旬再交三个月的房租6000给中介。

我是从中天置地中介手里签的，合同到明年（21年）4月下旬，还剩6个月，可以和我签转租协议，也可以和中介签。无转租费。

水、电、天然气和合租室友均摊。每年有30元卫生费，今年我已交。 
【看房时间、可入住时间】 
2020年10月20日即可入住。可租到明年（21年）4月下旬，需要续约再和中介续。
【家具设施】
房间有空调，网络通畅，集中供暖，厨卫设施比较老旧，但东西齐全，可做饭，冰箱、洗衣机共用。

【其他说明供参考】 
室友信息：两个女生，各养了一只猫，周末做饭。一个男生，偶尔做饭。都是互联网工作。平时早上作息错开，事少。
转租房子理由：换工作，搬到昌平去了。
房间比较小，只能住一人。 
小区水质不太好，饮用水可以办水卡到小区楼下打。小超市、菜站小区里有，大型采购可以去火器营地铁站附近、超市店铺比较多；周边绿化好，临近空军指挥学院，人少、治安好，过桥有个小公园——巴沟山水园，可以散散步、拍拍照。
室内环境比较老旧，没啥公共空间可言，待在自己房间里还是挺舒服，室友互不干扰；室友养猫，不适合洁癖和对猫没有包容度的人。
小区附近没有便利店，没有随时能吃上饭的小店，建议点外卖或者勤动手。
小区和周边植被很好，清净，喜欢大自然可以来。
最重要的是离苏州街近，强烈推荐附近工作的人，好几班公交直达
