A cozy 1-bedroom apartment with south-facing windows. Spacious bedroom with a balcony, a small dining area, and a recently renovated kitchen. The apartment is centrally located, about 700m from the Zaoying subway station and Chaoyang Park, about 1km from Solana shopping center. Jenny Lou's, a fresh produce market, and many restaurants within 300m walking distance! The apartment is on the third floor in a 6-story building, so there is no elevator. The neighborhood is very safe and clean. You'd be taking over the rental contract from me, so there is no agency fee. The contract is valid until September next year; the rent is paid in 3-month installments. The contract can be renewed in September. Move-in date: anytime after September 9. I also have a swimming card for the 21st Century Hotel's olympic size swimming pool with over 10 times left, will give this for free if you are able to take over the contract by mid-November!
