Available from Feb. 7 2.7号开始可以租~ This is a very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (but only one has shower). So far 3 of us live in the apartment. A nice Chinese couple in the biggest room and I'm in the smallest. You'll be taking the middle one that's around 12m2. 6mins walk to Dongzhimen station (line2/13), 15mins bike ride to Dongdaqiao. If you prefer to take bus, Chunxiulu bus station (635/107/413/416/418/515/123/132) is convenient. Jing A, GLB #12, Paddy’s are 10-ish minutes away. All the doors are pin electronic locks. We have a coffer maker, PS4, rice cooker, airfryer, food processor, panni maker... And something that I might have forgotten to mention. (I have many books, if you love reading.) We want you to be clean. Basically that's all. If you love cooking, that'd be fantastic. Rent is 3550 and deposit is one month rent. Other expense like water, electricity, gas, we split the bill. For 1 person only. -------------------------- 步行去东直门 2/13号线大概6分钟。周边商圈就是东直门和三里屯。附近公交挺多的，去东大桥的有515，去柳芳的有123，门口经过的有418/413/416/107/635。附近就是澳大利亚大使馆。距离大跃啤酒/京A大概就是步行十五分钟的距离。距离爱尔兰酒吧大约也是十分钟小区里面非常安静（傍晚六点之前比较吵，因为小孩子多，在大院儿里玩）。 正规三居室的次卧招租，朝北，面积大概12平米。客厅+餐厅是开放式的，有30平米，两个公用阳台，一个主卧阳台，两个卫生间（其中一个有淋浴，另一个放洗衣机），都有马桶、洗手池、镜子。 跟房东先签的一年，明年大概率续签（除非房东卖房）。 目前是一对情侣住主卧（程序员），我住小次卧（产品）。大家作息很规律，早晨六点多就起来去健身房，晚上十点多就睡觉了。偶尔会睡晚点（十二点）。晚上多数情况下自己在家做饭。 除了卫生间、厨房和阳台，其他都是木地板。 然后家里有电视、PS4、带烘干的洗衣机、咖啡机、电饭煲、空气炸锅、料理机、三明治机……基本满足一切日常生活的需求。 关于你：我们一致希望你个人卫生习惯好，没有囤积癖。不在室内抽烟。性格方面至少是能双向沟通，毕竟住一个屋檐下，有什么事情大家商量着都能解决。周末在家可聚会，可开趴体。男女不限。
