The apartment is in the gated Global Trade Mansion community just next to The Place (世贸天阶), and is within 10-15 minutes from three different subway lines (Yong’anli - Line 1, Dongdaqiao - Line 6, Jintaixizhao - Line 10), 10 minutes bike/taxi to Sanlitun and close to both Chinese and international supermarkets, gyms and loads of restaurants. It’s an amazing location and a great apartment!

The apartment is very large with two living room spaces, a dining area, large kitchen with an oven, separate laundry and half bath, and lots of storage. 

We rent directly from the landlord so there is no agency fee. Rent for this room is 6500/month, plus electricity, internet and ayi (she comes twice a week). 

You would be living with three others, a female from China, a female from Spain and a male from Taiwan, sharing the bathroom with the two females.
