I need a clean, friendly person (maybe you?) to take the 2nd bedroom in my apartment. I'm ideally looking for a young professional or a post-graduate student, who speaks good English. It'd be great if we became friends as well.

•Deposit is 1 month
•Rent is paid one month at a time (up-front cost including deposit: 7200 RMB)
•Contract is direct with landlord; no agency and no fees
•WiFi, water, gas included

The apartment is in a lovely residential area and very close to Guangqumennei station (line 7).

In the apartment:
