房子情况：
房间朝南，采光好，38平，家电齐全可以做饭。房间很新很干净，洗手间干湿分离。适合不喜欢合租，而且喜欢温馨的木质装修的小伙伴。

公寓统一管理，住的人素质都挺高的。白天前台常在，24小时能联系到人。房间是实墙，隔音没问题，邻居都挺安静的。公寓1层是前台，有快递柜，B1层有健身房。

转租原因：
我是公寓的租户，签了一年的合同（公寓只能签一年），现在因为工作变动不能继续住了，合同是明年三月到期。
