本人因工作变动转租，大概6月底搬离。主卧已租，帮房东大哥出租朝南次卧，没有中介费。位置:距离鼓楼大街地铁站500米，距离后海边300米！位于老北京胡同里的楼房，饭后直接就溜达后海边儿吹吹风，晚霞都超级美。而且特别安静，夏天晚上就是遛弯的，还有下棋的，生活气息特别浓厚。关于吃及生活设施：在二环内，附近美食很多，生活设施自然不用说，去哪里都很方便！楼下菜店水果店，超市便利店都很多。并且周围有格调的咖啡馆、小清吧也非常多，这个位置大家懂的～。再说下房子，房东大哥自己的房子，南北通透，人很好，好相处，任何事情都能给处理。正规三居：次卧1一个男生，主卧2个女生。5楼，正规3居室，无隔断，厨房卫生间都很干净。租金:3100，押一付三，除此之外就是水电燃平摊，无取暖费以及其他任何费用啦。入住时间：随时：签合同:和房东直接签，1年起签。
