This is a large master bedroom with a separate bathroom (with bathtub). The room is furnished with a bed, a large desk, some built-in storage, a wardrobe and a small table. There's nice, pretty new A/C, and the building's central heating is very good during the winter. 

The apartment has a closed, functional kitchen, a large living room (with a sofa bed and lots of plants) and two bathrooms.
 
The apartment is 5-10 minutes walking Taikooli Sanlitun. It's close to a western supermarket, lots of restaurants, bars and gyms, and it never takes long to get a Didi, or have your waimai delivered.

The current housemates are a Capoeira teacher from Yunnan and a voice actor from Hawaii. We are easy-going, but responsible, and we share expenses for the apartment (such as electricity, kitchen and laundry supplies) and our ayi comes twice a week (300/month).

We are hoping to find someone to share the apartment with us long-term, but we're flexible about this. We're also pretty social and like having people visit, so we hope you come with friends, as well, or at least won't mind it if ours are here.
