The room rent out is the bigger one, but you just need to share the half of the rent for the whole house. Because I think both two bedrooms have their pros and cons, and I’m a fair person. No lift but easy to get upstairs as the steps are not high in each. I have lived here for one year. The house owner is a nice person. Since my roommate need to moved out to lived with her boyfriend who graduated this year, I need to find another female roommate now.
