Cozy Hutong looking for one more roommate.  Requirements are that you are kind, social and clean.  Not just looking for someone to fill a room, but someone who can be a friend.  You'll be sharing the space with a friendly italian architect.  

The Hutong is inside 2nd ring between Yonghegong and Dongzhimen. It's in a perfect spot in the alleyway: seconds away from the main road yet still quiet and calm.  7 minute walk to the Yonghegong subway station and right dab in the middle between Sanlitun and Gulou. 

This Hutong is as cozy as it gets: exposed wood & brick, new appliances, heated floors, and great natural lighting. The nearest convenience store is so close that during the winter we walk there in shorts.  Life's good here. 

You'll be taking over our lease (Nice Landlord, speaks english), so there is no agency fee. Our current lease ends Sept 1st and if you'd like to stay longer you're welcome to resign. 

Upon move in, you'll to pay 17,550 RMB (Deposit + 3 months rent, as well as the prepaid water and internet for the next 6 months (550 RMB for all 6 months)).
