3-bedroom apartment shared with friendly and easy-going roommates from Bolivia and the UK.
Very convenient location between Wudaokou （五道口） subway station and 4th ring road.
In 2-minute-walk distance a small local market and a BHG mall in less than 10-minute walk.

Bedroom is prepaid till the end of February, but will be available starting from February 7th (due family reasons I have to leave earlier)

Monthly payment is only 2950 RMB. Contract signed directly with an English-speaking landlady, who always helps with any issues (e.g. maintenance problems, registration at the police station etc.)

The bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobes, table. Chair, computer shelf, on-floor shelf and bunch of householding stuff, I bought by myself, will be a pleasant bonus for you.
