I’m helping the landlord to find a new short-term tenant. There is no agency fee and you can sign the contract with the landlord. It is a fully equipped apartment, you could just live in with your suitcase (i.e. coffee machine included).

3min walk from the metro line 7 Baiziwan, convenient location and short distance to the CBD, Sanlitun, Chaoyang Park, Dawanglu area by bike/metro/taxi.
