地理位置：光熙门北里，位于东二环和三环之间的交通枢纽。距离柳芳和太阳宫地铁站步行均不到十分钟。距离三里屯，望京，南锣鼓巷，开车均十几分钟，地理位置十分方便，门口就是便民超市，环楼西坝河，树木葱郁，非常安静。

要求：希望你是爱干净的高素质客人，能很好的维护房间设施，如果养宠物希望不要拆家破坏家具。尽量不要在墙上钉钉子。

可整租，也可分租，优先考虑整租客人。
