For work reasons, looking for a replacement to move in the living room of 3rooms shared apt locating in Haidian district. 
Closed to subway line 16. 
Fully furnished u can move straight in. 
My contract is until to June 30th, 2022. 
You can move in after August 14th.

【费用】因为工作变更转租友谊嘉园3期厅卧，自如装修，wifi免费，水电和室友均摊。无中介费服务费。押一付三。2200一个月

【房屋情况】厅卧面积约15平，一个人住特别大！三间房，其他两间房室友分别一男一女，厨房可以做饭。洗衣机热水器空调都齐全。室友平时基本见不到。

【签约方式】合同是我和房东直接签的，如果租的话也跟房东直接签就好。我的合同2022年6月30日到期。

【入住时间】预计8月14后可住
