I renovated the apartment in 2019 with brand new interior decorations. Past tenants are primarily expats and their families, who at the time lived and worked in Beijing. The location is at Zaoying Beili if you want to Google it.

The area, which is close to the Liangmaqiao embassy area, has a good mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Western restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. You will find it very convenient to buy all sorts of daily necessities there. The closest shopping mall is Solana, although there are many other local shops and supermarkets downstairs. Liangma River and Chaoyang Park, which are also very close, are good places for a casual walk or other sport activities.

The house is in good condition with all the necessary home appliances, including an air purifier, a dishwasher, a video projector, a microwave, and a small oven.
