Available Term: My current lease ends on July 31st, so it’s available for a short-term rental for whole June and July.

我是留学生，现已毕业，合同到7月31日，所以6-7月支持短租，房东同意转租，如感觉合适可以后续自行找房东长租，适合港城港理同学。房间干净整洁，生活方便。

Legit & Safe: The landlord has fully agreed to this sublet. If you love the place, you can directly contact the landlord to renew for a long-term lease afterwards.
