【Location】
Near Times Square, it takes only 3 minutes to reach the subway station.
Just downstairs is the shopping mall (1 minute to #Hysan Plaza / 1 minute to #Times Square / 5 minutes to Dondondonki / 5 minutes to Wellcome / 3 minutes to  Meat, Vegetables and Fish Market).
Cinema (5 minutes down the stairs, change tickets and get seated).
Dining (Plenty!!!)
Fitness (Walk to Victoria Park, the swimming pool is 10 minutes away!  The swimming pool in Morchelin Hill is also 10 minutes)
Daily life is very convenient!
There are elevators, friendly for those with a lot of luggage, frequent shopping, and outings!
【Room Layout】
A small space for one person, no need to share the bedroom with others.
Very complete equipment: bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, small sofa, range hood, cooking pot and small refrigerator, and my own shoe dryer❗️

【Time and money】
The vacant period is probably from mid-May to mid-August (if needed, the time can be discussed). Every month is 5k (can be negotiated, easy to talk about!). It will be calculated together based on the check-in time.
