📍Prime location in Jing’an District, close to the West Nanjing Road shopping district and Metro Lines 2, 12 and 13. Search for ‘Jiahe Centre’ on a map to see the location.
    
🏠Three bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms; you’ll need to share one of the bathrooms with a flatmate. The bedrooms are 18 square metres. The total floor area is 160 square metres. It’s not luxurious but very comfortable. A cleaner comes once a week. Utilities are charged at standard rates. There is 24-hour security downstairs and parking is available.
    
👩🏻 The flatmates are all female overseas returnees born in the 1990s: one from Europe and one from Australia. They are working professionals with 9-to-5 (or thereabouts) jobs.
	
🤝 Applicants must be female, born in the 1990s or 2000s, with a regular job. Must pay rent and other living expenses on time, maintain a regular routine, and have no bad habits. Overseas returnees are preferred. Must respect house rules and other flatmates, have a sense of personal boundaries, and be positive and upbeat. No shut-ins, please keep the flat as quiet as possible.
