This apartment is next to a maga trending shopping mall of Huadu District by walking distance. Food, shopping , movie, stating, can have them all. 

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a lovely bathroom with home feelings. It is at 9th floor with elevator. 

Transportation also easy with bus and metro. The car hailing is also convenient. If you have a car, the parking is ample. 

The rent is 1800 CNY per month but required 2 month of deposit. Month by month rent paying is acceptable.
