三里屯南路，地铁10号线/6号线/17号线（1公里内），溜达去三里屯很方便，步行距离去亮马河或者骑车几分钟可以到蓝港～

The Apartment: a small but cozy one with all the needed facilities including oven and full-set for cooking. 
整个房子虽然不算太大但五脏俱全，厨具也是：烤箱豆浆机高压锅砂锅之类

Your roomie: 
Well, me, outdoor / skiing / hiking etc.. cooking mostly and a big foodie who knows all nice places for different cuisine / coffee in town. 

主卧是我住，一般会在家做饭但不太喜欢油烟特别大的

Room Rent would be RMB 4000 monthly for one year rental. Payment would be 1 month deposit + 3 months rental. If need to pay monthly it’d be 4200. Short term rental is also ok with a relatively higher rent.

年租房租4000/月，押一付三，没有中介费
如需月付，4200
如需短租也可以但房租会相应高些，5月16号起可租
