A nice apartment right in sanlitun 3-5minutes walk to subway line 10 tuanjiehu,to bar street as well.

It's very quiet and safe area in sanlitun. i live here with my friends over years then she moved back to Europe 
I like the area,got nice streets,nice restaurants,bars also a river...we have everything also I often running around during evening it's very nice and safe.
I like running ,traveling also cooking I finished several marathon and also travelled around Asia,Europe also Africa a bit.I think I'm easy going person I want t make here like a cosy home in this city so I would like to be friends with who living here ~

The room is facing to the south with balcony and the space also large (can do yoga or some exercises in the room~~~ full of sunshine in the cold winter!

本人女生，在这里住了好多年了，喜欢这周围的环境。以前跟德国的朋友一起住，当成家一样，她搬走了我一个人又不想搬家但是住三居室又觉得浪费且孤单，所以会出租。
这个房间朝南，空间如下：有双人床、书柜、衣柜、书桌、电视桌还有一台电视。剩下的空间是可以做瑜伽做keep的，外面是封闭式阳台。
楼下就是部队医院、派出所，走到地铁10号线和3号线约5分钟。走到不同公交车站6-10。
以前的共享经历都挺好的。
不少来实习、学习、交换的中外朋友都喜欢这里。周边环境很好，步行以内吃饭、购物、喝小酒，散步都很好，省去很多交通时间成本，亮马河边成了新的社交圣地，还有来回换岗的武警小哥哥们又帅气又有安全感～～
且价格（除非远郊区）在这个地方性价比很高。我日常比较忙，尤其下半年，早晨在九点之后起床，一般可能早晨不能跟你碰面（也不会争洗手间啦）我过去一年以及今年会经常出差，甚至每月2-3周的样子
