I am a landlord, a single room for rent now. The house was rented by three young ladies before, all of them were office workers of Ali and Wangyi. The young lady upstairs is going to move out. It will expire on May 19th. Her room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The apt has two toilets, fully furnished with household appliances u can move straight in. Don't bring pets and boyfriends plz. The rent is 1600RMB/M, paid by the month plus three months deposit, and the property is less than 100RMB.
